What guilds would be in the Union and which guild is the leader.

Theres this one guy that keeps trying to war me named JokerTheElf and his union. can't remember the guild now.

Skittz is the only reason I want to war them. And HomuraShizuku isn't really that strong.Tetsu told me the guild was dead and that he might be leaving it.
